본 과목은 건설경영관리의 다양한 분야를 가르치기 위한 과목으로 학생들은 프로젝트 구성 및 시행, 계획 및 일정관리, 비용관리, 프로젝트 관리의 주요 역할 등에 대해서 습득하여야 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course is aimed to introduce various aspect of construction management. Students should be able to understand 1) how a project is formed and conducted, 2) major planning and scheduling methods, 3) major estimating and cost control methods, 4) important roles of project management, and so on.
